What counts as a patient call?

If a patient reaches Velyn Dental, we count that call once — whether we book the visit, transfer it to your team, or take a message for follow-up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month billing, no long-term contracts. Cancel from your billing dashboard and your access continues through the end of the current period.

What happens if I hit the call limit?

We notify you at 80% of your limit. Free plans pause until you upgrade or the next billing reset. Solo and Group plans continue at $1.50 per extra patient call, and Enterprise includes unlimited patient calls.
